2. This is second attempt for grant of regular bail on behalf of petitioner, in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Earlier, vide order dated 26.09.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 55379 of 2025, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

3. As per F.I.R., 336.96 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from a seized Scorpio. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2025. Charge has already been framed.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89021 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2026 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2024.
