The petitioners are in custody since 30.08.2019 in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 for the offences under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is no specific accusation of assault against petitioner no. 1. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, the allegation is that he assaulted the informant with iron rod but no corresponding injury was found on the person of the informant. As such,

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 30.08.2019, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Naksam Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S.
