The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.218 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by Ravi Kishan with the help of his family members for the purpose of marriage.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in course of investigation, the statement of the daughter of the informant was recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on 03.10.2019 in which she has stated about performing her marriage with Ravi Kishan, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81275 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 brother of the petitioner and her age has also been assessed about 20 years. The petitioner being the sister of Ravi Kishan has falsely been implicated in this case and she is in custody since 14.10.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.
