2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court MJC No.91 of 2024(4) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 petitioner informs that substantial amount of payment relating to retiral dues, as claimed by the petitioner has been paid in compliance of the order dated 07.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 10172 of 2022, however, the petitioner has not been paid a sum of Rs. 50,000/- and in respect of payment and non-payment of Rs. 50,000/-, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani, has not provided the calculation chart to the petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact that substantial amount has been paid to the petitioner, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani, is directed to provide the petitioner with calculation chart and make payment of remaining amount to which the petitioner is entitled for, in accordance with law.

4. In case of failure, the petitioner may take appropriate action against the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani, in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
