2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366(A), 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8, 12 of the POCSO Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on 17.04.2023 at about 4:00 PM, while daughter of informant went outside to attend call of nature, co-accused Vijay Kamat @ Kallu with the help of petitioners kidnapped her for the purpose of marriage .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is daily wage labour and he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . As a matter of fact, on the alleged

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R., and there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he kidnapped the victim for the purpose of marriage .
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
