The petitioner is accused in connection with Excise Case No. 649 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 30 litres country made liquor from the motorcycle, which was being driven by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82318 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Excise Case No. 649 of 2019.
