This Court, on 27.06.2024, after taking note of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 that the claim stands negated vide memo no. 1900 dated 20.06.2023, wanted the contempt petition to be disposed of but the Junior Counsel to the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment, which led to coming of the case today.

3. Mr. Sinha submits that the petitioner shall be challenging the said order.
