JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application on behalf of the above named petitioner to issue an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) directing and commanding thereby to the Respondent(s) concerned to grant benefits of all the three M.A.C.P. (Modified due Assured Career Progression) Scheme with the due date of the deceased husband of the petitioner since he was an employee under Government of Bihar and died in harness on 17.06.2020 but remained deprived with benefits of ACP/MACP during his service tenure which lasted for more than 33 years 10 months. The petitioner further prays that the Respondent(s) concerned be also directed that after grant of due ACP/MACP Penise with due date to the husband

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the case of the deceased-husband of the petitioner shall be considered for grant of the benefits of ACP/MACP and a reasoned and a speaking order to the said effect shall be passed by the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Government of Bihar, Panta, within a period of eight weeks from today. It is directed, accordingly.
