ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-06-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Having regard to the fact, the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of representation (Annexure P/3 to P/4 series). Respondent no.3 is directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance of law. The entire exercise to be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.903 of 2025(3) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 parties. Needless to observe that before passing any order, the authority shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
