2. The present application has been filed for modification in order dated 12.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.52302 of 2025.

3. Counsel submits that by virtue of the said order, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with direction to surrender before the Court within 4 weeks. He further submits that 4 weeks has already been lapsed, but petitioner could not surrender herself due to communication gap with her counsel and the information with regard to privilege of anticipatory bail could not be availed within time due to which the order could not be complied. As such, he seeks modification/correction in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89642 of 2025(2) dt.16-01-2026 2/2 the said order and submits that time may be extended.

4. In the light of the submissions made, 3 weeks' further time is hereby extended from today, subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- which shall be deposited by counsel for the petitioner in the account of Advocates' Association, Patna High Court.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52302 of 2025 is modified only up to that extent. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Prakashmani/- U T
