ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2019, in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 438 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the present petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by one Dharmendra Chaudhary, with whom he has previous enmity. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from his possession nor has he placed on T.I. Parade.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81319 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 438 of 2019.
