2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of the Explosives substance Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , 3 F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and 6 to 7 unknown persons threw bomb upon informant due to which he sustained injury .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is property dispute between both the parties. Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. No specific allegation is alleged against him. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of this petitioner and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional cj 1st at Rosera in Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. case No. 88 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
