2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of Writ of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 26.04.2013, passed in Jamabandi Sudhar Appeal Vaad No. 12/1998 by the Court of Ld. Additional Collector, Saran. (ii) for issuance of Writ of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 10/02/2023 passed in Jamabandi Correction Revision No.

70/2017 by the Court of Learned Commissioner, Saran.

(iii) for issuance of Writ of Certiorari for Setting aside the order dated 30.05.2023,

3/4 Passed in Jamabandi Sudhar Vaad Sankhya06/2013 by the Court of Learned District Collector, Saran.

(iv) for issuance of Writ of Certiorari setting aside the order dated 13.01.2025 passed by the Court of Learned. District Collector, Saran in Jamabandi Cancellation Vaad Sankhya -06/2013.

(v) for issuance of declaration that order passed by authorities against which relief has been sought in clause (i) to (iv) of this Paragraph are against the established Principal of law.

(vi) for issuance of declaration that the order dated 16/06/1998 , passed by the Court of Learned Deputy Collector for Land and Revenue, Saran and order dated 02.05.2017 passed by Learned Collector, Saran in Jamabandi Sudhar Appeal No.06/2013 are correct as it is based on well settled principal of law that Jamabandi which were created long back, then the only forum available for prayer

4/4 for cancellation of Jamabandi is resort to Civil Court and not in a summary Proceeding by any revenue officer of the State.

(vii) for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent No. 1 to 5 to take appropriate steps to restore the Jamabandi No. 116 at Village - Garkha P. O +P. S-Saran, which was on the name of Damodar Pandey who is ancestor of the Present Petitioner about which full descriptions are given in the following Paragraphs of this Writ Application."

3. In this case on 12.01.2026, direction was given to remove the defects in three weeks.

4. As it was a peremptory order and not complied, it stood dismissed on 02.02.2026.
