2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 962 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-363, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the accused persons took the informant with them and tied cloth on his eyes and in consequence thereof, they assaulted the informant brutally with belt as a result of which, the informant became unconscious.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.619 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 against the petitioner and the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 962 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.
