This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR of Sasaram Model P.S. Case No. 761 of 2018, as contained in Annexure-6 to the present writ petition, registered under Sections 409, 420, 467 and 468 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
