Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 438 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against petitioner is recovery of 60 liters of country made wine. However, one culprit managed to flee away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.07.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
