JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 31.07.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Banipur, District- Darbhanga.

In view of the limited submission of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order dated 31.07.2018 by filing an appeal under Rule 32 of the Bihar P.D.S. Control Order, 2016. At this juncture the learned counsel for the petitioner

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate authority is directed to dispose off the appeal of the petitioner within a period of nine months from today in case the appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today.
