2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 394 of the IPC . 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while informant was returning to his home , in the meantime, four miscreants persons, on point of gun snatched cash and motorcycle of informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on confessional statement of co-accused persons. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of petitioner.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
