====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely happens to be father-in-law of the deceased, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.08.2018 in Criminal Misc. No. 49926 of 2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.06.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56223 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018.
