JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 The petitioner has put to challenge the office order dated 02.08.2018, issued by the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, whereby the claim for grant of recognition of Nageshwar Singh Virendra Singh Sanskrit Primary-cum-Middle High School, Dhanchhua, Siwan, has been rejected. The petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal under Section 24 of the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board Act, 1981. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in that view of the matter, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to avail the statutory remedy of appeal. This writ application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
