JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Supplementary affidavit with regard to criminal antecedent of the petitioner has been filed in this case. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 34/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. Name of this petitioner has come in confessional statement of co-accused Sahid Alam.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55813 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kishanganj in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 34/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
