In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.164 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 457, 380, 354-B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have assaulted the informant side.

By way of supplementary affidavit, the petitioners have brought on record the injury report sustained by their side.

He further submits that both the parties have entered into compromise as they are neighbours. Looking to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st -cum- Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Mufassil P.S.
