2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 571 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365/364/302/201/376/120(B)/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has taken a huge amount of money from the parents of the deceased girl before getting a job and thereafter, he refused to marry the victim. The girl has disappeared.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 28.05.2023.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that he is the root cause of the crime, I am
