Namrata Mishra, learned counsel for the B.S.F.C. The request is for appointment of an arbitrator in view of the agreement of the year 2012-13, a breach whereof is alleged by the parties.

Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.144 of 2018(3) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 Learned counsel are not at variance on the appointment of an arbitrator.

Accordingly, Hon'ble Justice Ghan Shyam Prasad (Retired) is nominated to enter upon arbitration and to proceed accordingly.

Since the arbitrator has already given a declaration and has been appointed arbitrator in other cases, there is no requirement of fresh declaration.
