JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 441/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting information that stolen white colour Sumo vehicle is going towards Jehanabad from Patna, police party reached at Kako More and noticed that said vehicle arrived there. It is alleged against this petitioner that on signal to stop he jumped from the said vehicle and tried to run away, but he was arrested. Driver of the vehicle managed to run away with the vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57597 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 petitioner was not sitting in the aforesaid car. He has been arrested merely on suspicion. He has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 01.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 441/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
