1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 634 of 2024 dated 20.10.2024 instituted for the offence under Section 316(5), 318(4) of the B.N.S. 2023.

3. As per the first information report lodged by Deputy Secretary of the Bihar School Examination Board, Regional Office, Tirhut Pramandal, Muzaffarpur the petitioner being the Data Entry Operator forged a certificate in order to achieve monetary gain and gave it to Smt. Sweta Kumari, D/o Gaya Prasad. In the preparation of certificate all the established procedures have been violated. The local committee found the involvement of the petitioner, which was also supported by another committee formed at the headquarter level.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being a lower rank staff has falsely been implicated by the informant and others. The petitioner is merely a Data Entry Operator and certificate is not issued by the petitioner. The petitioner is having no good relation with the officers of Bihar School Examination Board.

Having regard to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the fact that enquiry committee at the local level as well as headquarter level has found the involvement of the petitioner in preparation of fake certificate and handing over to its beneficiary for monetary gain, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for the same is rejected. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) praful/- U T
