JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S.Case No. 567 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is of recovery of one loaded country-made pistol from the petitioner and it appears that he is accused in three other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been arrested on 1.8.2019 but not remanded in this case and only on the application of father of the petitioner he has been remanded in this case and though he is accused in three other cases but the same relate to the years 2014 and 2017 and he is ready to co-operate in disposal of the trial.

Considering the period of custody and charge sheet has been submitted, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S.Case No. 567 of 2019.
