The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Danapur P.S Case No. 421 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner being the proprietor of the shop, namely, Kanhai Chuna Bhandar was trading in sale of fake Wall Putty of J.K. Cement brand, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/Sneha U T
