Petitioners are accused in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 535 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 08.08.2018, having no criminal antecedents. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on
