The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 3⁄4 of the Bihar Examination Act. Regard being had to the allegation that on 21st March, 2015 in the matriculation examination, the Magistrate caught hold of one Rajesh Kumar, who was appearing in the examination in place of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57432 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
