2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing a statutory appeal as provided under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 against the order of DRT, Patna before the DRAT, Allahabad, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.1163 of 2024(8) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 petition. The present writ petition is disposed of with the consent of both the parties granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the DRAT, Allahabad against the order dated 29.11.2023 passed by the DRT, Patna within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such appeal being filed, the same shall be entertained and necessary orders passed on merits.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
