The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No.235 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3.

It is alleged that the petitioner has tried to commit rape upon a minor girl.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2023 and he has clean antecedent.
