The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is regarding the petitioners having kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purposes of forcibly marrying her.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72385 of 2019. He has referred to the statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the learned Magistrate and has

No.85191 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 submitted that the victim girl has herself denied that any untoward incident had taken place with her and in fact has also not blamed the petitioners of having established any physical relation. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 30.07.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.
