ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2018 in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 304 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the aforementioned facts that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and that trial is under process, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, dismissed.

However, the trial may be expedited, so as to conclude within a period of six months.
