The petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2019 in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.600 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except suspicion, there is no material on the record against the petitioner. Petitioner was not involved in any way in the offence. It is further submitted that the petitioner is own brother of the deceased and lived separately and that due to suspicion, petitioner's entire family has been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.717 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.600 of 2019.
