2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 318(4), 85, 82(2), 352, 69, 81 and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant was working as a warden girl in the year 2019 in Holi Family, Bailey Road, Patna. This petitioner was also working there. It is alleged that on 2nd October, 2019 both have solemnized marriage. She was kept in the house of Haider Malik. It is further alleged that petitioner took Rs. 3,40,000/- for arranging employment for the informant. It is further alleged that she has

In the year 2023, the informant came to know that the petitioner is married. It is further alleged that on 29.09.2024, the petitioner abused and assaulted her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is a peculiar case whereafter the marriage, there is allegation that Rs. 3,40,000/- was demanded for arranging employment and the same was given to the petitioner. It is also alleged that Rs. 2,36,000/- was also given to the petitioner. He has also submitted that no such marriage is solemnized between them. He has further submitted that the informant is not sexually active. It is a simple case where a dispute between the parties regarding handing over of some cash. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 04.11.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named
