Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 434 of 2019 registered under sections 341, 342, 323, 354B, 384, 427, 504, 506, 376, 511 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/5/6/7 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79081 of 2019. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 434 of 2019.
