2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No. 698 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is involved in the theft of a Motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity with the co-accused person.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 19.04.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3292 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (East)/concerned Court below in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 698 of 2014.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Ahiyapur Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
