The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.9.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case as per the written report of Prabhu Paswan submitted to the SHO, Chiksaura Police Station is to the effect that on 7.8.2019 at 10.30 A.M., the wife of the informant namely, Sunaina Devi informed him that the son of the informant has been killed. Thereafter, he came from Delhi and lodged the FIR. It is alleged that the wife of the informant's deceased son was not keeping good relationship with the son of the informant hence, there was suspicion against her and twothree unknown. The petitioner has also made confessional statement. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the confession of the petitioner has led to no recovery. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

Learned APP submits that the petitioner has made confessional statement.

Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, thrust of accusation against the wife of the victim, statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent and the period in custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chiksoura P.S. Case No.69 of 2019.
