2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341,323,447.307,354,379,420,504,506/34 of of Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant with fists and slaps.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are quite innocent and falsely been implicated in this

5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer of bail of the petitioners.

6. Perused the FIR, bail petition and order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Madhepura and the injury report. From the injury report it appears that there is lacerated wound on the middle of the head side skull.

7. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners above named be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. - I, Benipatti District - Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
