The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 812 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 90 liters of illicit liquor from the boring room situated in the field. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a fair antecedent inasmuch as he is accused in one other case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been suitably punished inasmuch as he is in custody since 17.10.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85708 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge Nawada in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 812 of 2019.
