JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to make some correction in the prayer portion. Let the same be done during the course of the day. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhalilapur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant resulting in him sustaining some injuries.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of village politics. It

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81594 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 is further submitted that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature and the petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019.
