The petitioners seek bail in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No.118 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R. the deceased has been killed by one Azad Ansari and Md. Dilshad @ Murta. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 02.09.2023 and they have clean antecedent. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released
