This application is filed for quashing of the order dated 29.08.2018 passed by learned 2nd Additional District and Session Judge, Patna in Criminal Revision No. 276 of 2018, arising out of Complaint Case No. 1354 (C) of 2012 has upheld the order dated 26.04.2018 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur wherein the learned Magistrate has rejected the petition for discharge filed by the petitioners.
