The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86594 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2020 2/3 178 of 2019, dated 04.06.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged in the F.I.R. that petitioner No. 1 slapped the informant, whereas petitioner No. 2 took away the personal belongings of the informant. The husband of the informant was assaulted by petitioner No. 3. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that a false case has been instituted against them for the reason that there is a dispute with respect to use and possession of a government land. In fact, there is a counter version of the occurrence vide Annexure-2 to the bail petition.

The petitioners are persons of clean antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners and the background facts, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86594 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2020 3/3 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
