The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51788 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -I, Danapur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently due to typographical error in the address portion of the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 51788/2019, the district of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as 'Saran' in place of 'Siwan' and as such the same occurred in the cause title of order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84187 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 20.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51788 of 2019. From perusal of the record, it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in his submission. Let in the cause title of order dated 20.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51788 of 2019, the district 'Saran' be read as district 'Siwan'.
The order dated 20.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51788 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
