JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 314 of 2019. (Special Case No. 9393 of 2019) for the offenses under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Total 50.400 liters of liquor was seized. He is in custody since 23.10.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent , let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Excise), Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
