2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 279 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the injured were assaulted by the accused persons with Lathi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted to anyone from the prosecution side.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 279 of 2023.
