2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.376 of 2022 lodged under Sections 364(A) and 395 of the IPC

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against unknown accused persons against whom allegation of demand Rs.10 lac and taken his vehicle into custody and upon nonfulfillment, they threaten to kill the driver of the vehicle.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather his name has figured in this case by virtue

5. Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024 and his criminal antecedent is clean. He further submits that the petitioner was not put on T.I.P.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submits that petitioner's antecedent is clean and his name has been figured in this case only due to confessional statement.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.376 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
