The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63124 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 176/2019 to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -1st Danapur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the address portion of petition of Cr. Misc. No. 63124 of 2019, district Saran has been inadvertently typed in place of Siwan and as such the same also occurred in the cause title of the order dated 14.11.2019.

Let in the cause title of order dated 14.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63124 of 2019, in the third line, in place of district Saran, the same be read as Siwan.

The order dated 14.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63124 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
